We have a rolling programme of courses available which are run throughout the year, to covering both pool and beach based activities. The latest selection of coursed can be seen by clicking on the image.

It has been intended to get the new look www.PortsmouthLifeguards.org web site up and running in its basic form for the start of the 2005 season. This should provide visitors access to information about how to contact us, membership and training towards the RLSS awards. Additional information will be added throughout 2005 on fundraising, our equipment and a picture gallery, to allow you to see what we get up to.
