Training is an essential part in developing and maintaining a lifeguard's competencies, fitness and development, and that of new and potential lifeguards. Training is undertaken in three different environment:

How to find us

Our training night is Tuesday which is held throughout the year at Victoria Swimming Centre between 20:00-22:00. During July and August dedicated beach training is held at our HQ on the beach from 18:30-22:00
